Ingredients:

1 pound alligator meat
1 cup cooking sherry
1 teaspoon Season-All
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions:
  1. Marinate alligator in cooking sherry, salad dressing, lemon juice, lemon pepper and Season-All for 2 hours.

  2. Remove meat from marinade.

  3. Coat meat with flour.

  4. Fry pieces turning often to avoid burning and sticking (about 15 minutes).

  5. Place meat on paper towel lined plate to absorb excess oils.

  6. Serve hot.
