1 1/2 lb small button mushrooms
1 5 oz bottle of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter
6 drops Tabasco sauce
Directions:
Heat butter in a sauce pan over medium heat allowing butter to melt.
Add mushrooms stirring well to coat.
Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco.
Raise heat to medium-high.
Cover allowing mushrooms to cook. Stir often to ensure that mushrooms do not stick. Watch for butter to separate from the sauce. This indicates that the mushrooms are cooked. This will take about twenty minutes.
