Crawfish Casserole

Ingredients:

1 lb. crawfish
1 stick butter
2 cup chopped onions
2 stalks chopped celery
1/2 cup water
1 medium bell pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1/4 cup parsley, minced
1/4 cup pimento, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 slices bread
2 cup cooked rice

Directions:
  1. Melt butter in saucepan skillet. Add bell pepper, onions, and celery; saute until tender.

  2. Add tomatoes then cook an additional 5 minutes.

  3. Add water, soup, and pimento then cook an additional 5 minutes.

  4. Break bread into small pieces then add to skillet.

  5. Stir in parsley, rice and crawfish then cook for 15 minutes.

  6. Transfer all ingredients into a casserole dish and top with butter.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes at 450F.
