Ingredients:

1 round steak, cut in bite-sized pieces
2 pounds sausage
1 bell pepper
2 large onions
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
16 oz water
Directions:
  1. Brown sugar in vegetable oil.

  2. Add sausage, steak, bell peppers, onions, and garlic.

  3. Smother over medium heat.

  4. Add water and cook until meat is tender and sauce is thickened.

  5. Serve on rice.
