1 round steak, cut in bite-sized pieces
2 pounds sausage
1 bell pepper
2 large onions
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
16 oz water
Directions:
Brown sugar in vegetable oil.
Add sausage, steak, bell peppers, onions, and garlic.
Smother over medium heat.
Add water and cook until meat is tender and sauce is thickened.
