Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook for 3 minutes, or until browned and cooked through, breaking up the meat as it cooks with a wooden spoon. Add onion and mushrooms and cook 2 minutes, until soft. Add pasta sauce, pizza sauce and olives and bring to a simmer, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer sauce to the bottom of a 13 by 9-inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and oil until blended. Whisk in flour and salt until well blended. Pour mixture over sauce in pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Top with the parmesan cheese and the remaining Velvetta. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Combine Oreo crumbs and cream cheese in a bowl. Create 1 inch balls of cookie mixture. Set aside.
Melt chocolate. (Follow the instructions provide on chocolate for timing and melting method suggested)
Line two cookie trays with wax paper.
Roll the balls in the melted chocolate using two forks and a spoon to cover all areas. Lift ball with forks allowing excess chocolate to drip off. Place truffles on wax paper lined cookie sheets. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Chop onions and bell pepper into strips (like you would for fajitas).
Boil noodles.
While noodles are boiling, coat skillet with oil on medium heat. Insert onion, bell pepper and chicken. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and onions are caramelized (brown). Drain noodles and add to pan. Pan fry noodles for 1-2 minutes. Poor sauce into the pan. Ready when sauce warms.
In a medium stockpot, boil potatoes in broth, tomato paste and water.
To save time, season meat and cook on a grill such as a George Forman until medium well.
When potatoes are almost soft, add mixed vegetables and beef.
Can be served over rice.

In a skillet, saute onions and bell pepper until caramelized. Add ground meat cook on medium heat until browned.
Drain ground meat of any excess oils. Then return to skillet.
Add spaghetti seasoning, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, water (refill the tomato sauce can for the correct amount), mushrooms (optional), and season to taste.
Mix in spaghetti noodles.

Bake (or microwave) potatoes until soft.
Cut potatoes into halves. Remove the centers of the potatoes being careful to leave a small amount attached to skin to create a bowl shape.
In a medium mixing bowl, add potato centers, 1 cup of cheese, butter. Smash potatoes until creamy consistancy. Then add etouffee. Stir until cheese is melted and mixture is consistent.
Place potatoes on a baking tray. Scoop the mash potato mixture into the potato halves. Potatoes may overflow. Top potatoes with 1/2 cup of cheese.
Bake 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Add crawfish or shrimp cook 5-10 minutes until crawfish is warm or shrimp is pink.
Add Rotel and cheese whiz cook 5 minutes or until sauce is warm.
Turn off stove but add noodles to mixture. Stir until noodles are saturated in sauce.
