Buttery Corn Casserole

- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 can (5 oz) evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter-flavored crackers, crushed
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, butter, corn, cheese and 1/2 cup crackers. Mix well.
Step 2
Spoon the mixture into a greased 11"x7"x2" baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup crackers and 1 tablespoon of butter.
Step 3
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes at 350F.
