- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1 cup shredded American cheese
- 1 can cream of mushrooms soup
- 3/4 cup butter crackers, crushed
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350F.
Steam cabbage until tender but still crisp.
Mix cabbage, soup, onion, eggs, cheese and seasonings well.
Grease a nine inch cooking dish and add mixture to dish.
Mix crackers with butter and place on top of cabbage.
Cover with foil and bake for thirty minutes.
Remove foil and bake for five more minutes or until it begins to brown.
