Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

Ingredients

  • 2 cup chicken, cooked
  • 2 cup sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • green onion, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1/2 rib of celery
  • parsley, chopped
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup rice (rice cooker cups)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Method

Step 1

Put all ingredients (except for parsley, green onion and butter) into rice cooker.

Step 2

Wait for ingredients to start to boil then stir in margarine.

Step 3

Add parsley and green onion about five minutes before serving mixing well.
