Cornbread and Cajun Beans2013-01-06
- 1 15 oz can great northern beans, undrained
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon
- 8 oz stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- Cornbread, prepared
Add beans, bouillon, tomatoes, onion, garlic powder, and Tabasco to a medium saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, lower heat then simmer for ten minutes.
Place a spoonfuls of beans over cornbread then top with cheese.
