Ingredients

  • 2 lb crawfish tails
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 15 drops Tabasco sauce

Method

Step 1

Saute bell pepper, onions, and celery in margarine until cooked down (10-15 minutes).

Step 2

Add crawfish, green onions then cook for an additional 20 minutes.

Step 3

Serve over rice.
