Easy Shrimp Jambalaya

Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup onion tops
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 3/4 stick butter
- 2 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp red pepper
Method
Step 1
Dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 cups of boiling water.
Step 2
Add everything into rice cooker and mix well. Water should cover all ingredients.
Step 3
Turn on rice cooker. After cycle is complete, allow to cook for an additional 15 minutes.
