Hot Cajun Pickles2013-01-06
- 1 gallon dill hamburger chips
- 5 lbs sugar
- 2 oz Tabasco
Drain pickles in colander. Press down to get as much juice out as possible.
Mix Tabasco and sugar together in a large bowl.
Place a layer of pickles back in the jar. Layer the sugar mixture on top of the layer of pickles. Continue layering pickles and sugar.
Stir once a day for five days.
