- 5 lbs smoked sausage links
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 lb brown sugar
Place sausage in skillet and almost cover with water. Cook on low until water has boiled off.
Discard grease and cut sausage into small pieces.
Heat sugar, mustard and pineapple in a sauce pan until boiling. Mix well and pour over sausage.
Serve using toothpicks in a serving dish.
