Ingredients:
4 green tomatoes 1/4 cup cornmeal 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp onion salt 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Slice tomatoes into 1/4" pieces
Season tomatoes with black pepper and onion salt.
Coat both sides with cornmeal by dredging.
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
