Ingredients:

1 lb crab meat
1 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 small can evaporated milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 stick butter
3 eggs
6 slices bread, broken into small pieces
Directions:
  1. Beat eggs and add evaporated milk. Put bread in a mixing bowl, add eggs mixture and mix well.

  2. Melt butter in a skillet and saute onions, bell pepper, celery and Worcestershire sauce until tender.

  3. Add crab meat and cook for 15 minutes.

  4. Add bread mixture and mix well.

  5. Place combined mixture into a casserole dish and top with bread crumbs.

  6. Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 375F.
