Shrimp Jambalaya

Ingredients:

5 lb shrimp
2 lb onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup cooking oil
1 can golden cream of mushroom
1 quart of water
salt (to taste)
black pepper (to taste)
red pepper (to taste)
Directions:
  1. Saute onions until transparent.

  2. Add shrimp, garlic, bell pepper and celery. Saute over medium heat.

  3. Add water and allow to cook for one hour.

  4. Add soup and simmer until mixture thickens.

  5. Serve over rice.
