Ingredients

  • 12 boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chop fine
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Paprika

Method

Step 1

Peel eggs.

Step 2

Cut eggs into halves lengthwise.

Step 3

Remove yolks and smash with a fork.

Step 4

Stir in mayonnaise, jalapeno pepper, mustard, cumin, salt and cayenne pepper.

Step 5

Fill egg whites heaping with yolk mixture.

Step 6

Sprinkle with paprika.
